Participants will get the notification 5 minutes before their meeting. They can also directly join the meeting through the notification.

As you can see, we are constantly making improvements to our Notifications because we want the participants to have the best experience on the event website.

participants are now notified about their unrated meetings through Notifications.

Participants will be notified five minutes after the meeting ends, provided that they haven't left a rating in the meantime.

in addition to rating all their past meetings at once, your participants can now rate individual meetings on their Meetings page.

They can also leave additional comments which will provide valuable feedback.

• new pending meeting requests
• accepted meeting requests
• canceled meetings
• rescheduled meetings

We have added a new language - Japanese! This is the 20th language available in b2match that you can enable for your participants.

To enable it, go to Configuration > Event Information > Website Language. For more information,  please read our article How to Make Your Event Multilingual.

We have released a new and improved version of Meeting Ratings!

Participants can now rate their online meetings as soon as they're over.

If they wish to provide feedback at a later stage, they can do so on their Meetings page.

This new feature is enabled by default for all events that do not use the existing meeting ratings. For more information check out our article Meeting Ratings (New Version).

You can now create a separate page on your event website dedicated to your speakers.

2) Organizers page

For events with a lot of main or supporting organizers, you can add a separate page listing their contact information.

Event Navigation allows you to completely change the structure of your event website's navigation bar.

You can now:

• reorder and rename links
• create dropdown menus
• create filtered participant lists
