Organization logos and files, ready before day one!

Preparing the pages of sponsors and exhibitors before their teams even join is common practice, making sure the most important organizations at your event are immediately recognizable.

Now that preparation goes further. You can upload an organization's logo and files directly in the admin tool, with or without an owner, right in the same form you already use to create or edit it. And once an owner joins, they can still upload or replace anything themselves easily.

Webinar: First look at Smart Matching.

A list of attendees is just a list. Smart Matching turns it into a network of relevant connections with organizer-defined criteria, AI-sorting, and natural language search.

Join us for a free walkthrough and find out how it works.

Custom favicons for branded events!
IMPROVEMENT

Custom favicons for branded events!

When an attendee has ten tabs open, or saves your event to their phone's home screen, the small icon next to your event's name is doing a lot of quiet work. Until recently, that icon was still b2match's, even on a fully branded event, making a subtle crack in an otherwise polished, white-label experience.

Not anymore. Events with branding can now upload their own favicon in Event Settings โ†’ Branding, right below the logo. The favicon shows up everywhere that matters: the browser tab and the mobile home screen icon, whether an attendee is on iOS or Android.

Haven't uploaded one yet? Your event logo automatically steps in as the favicon, no extra work required, so b2match's identity stays off your tab either way. And if you copy an event, the favicon comes along with it, just like your logo already does.

Mollie is back โ€” with iDEAL, Bancontact, and more local payment methods!
ANNOUNCEMENT

Mollie is back โ€” with iDEAL, Bancontact, and more local payment methods!

When attendees don't recognise a payment method at checkout, they hesitate. Many fall back on manual bank transfers, or forget to pay entirely, leaving organisers chasing invoices for weeks after the event has wrapped up.

Checkout now offers the payment methods your attendees already use every day, like iDEAL and Bancontact, right alongside card. And Mollie is a fully supported payment provider too, so you're no longer limited to Stripe alone.

Click here to explore how Mollie support and local payment methods help you collect more payments, faster.

A full picture of your organizations, in one export.

A full picture of your organizations, in one export.

Getting data about organizations at your event used to mean opening the participants export and piecing it together yourself. That meant grouping rows by hand, chasing down custom registration fields, and reconciling data across multiple representatives.

The new Organizations Data export does that work for you. One row per organization, with organization details, social links, custom questions and answers, and engagement metrics like profile visits and representative count, pulled together automatically.

Find it in Export โ†’ Excel Documents โ†’ Organizations Data, ready whenever your sponsorship or partnership team needs it.

Meeting blocks just got some breathing room!

Meeting blocks just got some breathing room!

We've all been there; one meeting ends and the next starts before you've even swapped contact details or jotted down a note. It's rushed, it snowballs into delays, and nobody enjoys it that way.

So we built a simple fix: add an optional break โ€” 5, 10, 15, or 20 minutes โ€” after each meeting in a meeting block. Pick your break length, and the system will automatically space out the time slots and show you exactly how many meetings fit.ย

Head to your meeting block settings, set the break duration for each block, and let your participants meet at a pace that actually works.

Meeting breaks are available in all newly-created events with Professional-tier licenses and above. On a Basic license? You can add it via Matchmaking Pro.

Manual organization creation is available again!
ANNOUNCEMENT

Manual organization creation is available again!

You can once again create organizations manually on events using our latest Registration Form Builder. Head to the Organizations page in your event and you'll find "Add new organization" button back where it belongs!

When creating an organization, you can assign an owner from your participants โ€” the only restriction is that participants who already own another organization can't be assigned again. And if the owner isn't known yet, no problem: just create the organization for the relevant participant type, and link the owner whenever you're ready.

The organization creation form follows the fields you've configured in your registration form, so it stays consistent with how your participants would fill it in themselves.

Networking block selection is now part of registration!
ANNOUNCEMENT

Networking block selection is now part of registration!

Participants can now choose which networking blocks they want to sign up for directly in the "Plan your schedule" stepย - right alongside session selection. No more all-or-nothing checkbox.

As an organizer, you decide which blocks appear in the registration form using a new per-block toggle. Participants get a clear, time-sorted view of their options, with filters and quick Select All / Deselect All controls to make the process fast.

Available for all events where networking in registration is disabled, or registration has not yet started. Reach out to your b2match contact to find out if your event qualifies.
